They take compensation seriously. Every year, they review salaries of employees and make adjustments based on market salary trends. I never find this type of compensation and commitment from any employer and why their employees' retention is very strong.

One of the top company when it comes to total compensation. The people are smart and the challenges are interesting. But the heavy focus on impact has made it an overlay competitive environment.

Dislikes

You end up spending most of your time estimation potential team impact, proving what impact was achieved, figuring out why impact didn't happen, and competing with others for impact.

very good, there are definitely days when I consider external opportunities for better pay, but the workplace culture, collogues and company benefits here and fantastic and overall outweigh the financial aspect

working hours are more, it should be decrease else everything is fine here
