Dislikes

Work life balance is not there. Salary not credited on time, few occasions they deduct the salary. Only have old legacy projects, so no growth in technologies. Company runs into financial crunches very often, so no job stability for employees. Contracts or policies defined are not followed, not an ideal place to work due to unprofessionalism from the organization

The best part of my job is the opportunity constantly learn and grow. I'm exposed to new challenges regularly, which helps me develop both professionally and personally. I enjoy the collaborative environment in my workPlace.

Dislikes

I don't have any reason to dislike about working at Hirecraft Software. Because I've enjoyed working with the team at my current company to accomplish shared goals. Recently, I had the opportunity to lead the team on a project. I developed a project plan, assigned tasks to other team memebers, answered their querstions and provide updates to my Manager. As a team, we successfully completed the project on schedule.

As a HR Executive at Hirecraft Software, I like the lively work environment and working with different teams. Organizing fun activities for employees and creating a good work place culture is enjoyable. I get to hire and help people grow in their careers. Solving problems and working with the company leaders is rewarding. Over all, I feel good Making a positive impact on the company and its people.

I don't have any dislikes about working at Hirecraft Software. Everything is going well for me. The work process are efficient, communication between teams is strong, and there are ample opportunities for training and development. Resource management is effective, and employee feedback is valued and acted upon. Overall it's a positive and supportive environment where I feel I can thrive.

Good company for both the freshers and Experienced employees where they have a lot of things to learn including subjects and configuration top to bottom. Colleagues, managers and management are friendly in all the situations.

I have been working with this child company called Tallint micro innovation from past 10 months as a software engineer, this is very good place to learn the skills from scratch, every senior and team leader are very supportive, this is very good place learn the skills especially for freshers
