Even though I completed my notice period still have not got my salary, the owner told any policy reason. There was no respect for the designation. Even if you are working there as a developer you will be told to entertain client and offer snacks tea and water to them. And if you refuse to do so you will never be treated well and the owner will blackmail you about termination. Work culture is worst. No time given to complete tasks. Huge pressure. And always changing terms and conditions about work. You will always have to be alert about the day and which work will be given to you.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
