Very bad manager, not supporting the team mate don't ever work, they will offer you good package but the you won't get on time not doing FNf in time giving all pressure even after completion of the target

...ure. Teammates are not supportive . There is a not gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are not good appraisal are fair and they give not good salary and bonus every year

Management is very supportive. Great learning in Ayurveda. Job Security is good. Gives multiple chances to prove yourself. Job Satisfaction, Give healthier life through Ayurveda treatment for world. Reimbursement/Perks is great as compare to the market.

Dislikes

Appraisals are normally delay. Promotions are not happier. Procurement is very poor. Targets are too high as per the availability of medicines/margins/offers given to the clients. 6 days working, No Saturday's off.

Aditya Deshpande - I took order from wholesaler and because of medical issues I need to left out the job, so they hold my salary coz of wholesaler did not payment to them, also took security cheque but they not given my salary yet
