Dislikes

No physical office of company at allotted location Unsafe work environment(in field) Extensive travelling Regret selecting this company as my first company :) Unnecessary politics at dealer store HRs don't cooperate or rather they won't take even calls Too much ambiguity

Company's salary and benefits for employees and dealers are good .

Dislikes

No proper Data , whether sales data , leads data or something else doesn't reaches on time . Even the work culture , skill development and job security is worst . You can get a mail to leave job any time without any prior message . No proper timing , no specific reporting manager. Nothing is good.
