Nothing, Because we are willing to join any company with our own choice and they have paying us so nothing to be dislike. Only one thing keep in your mind set before joining that is "result oriented" else don't expect job security.

Salary , perks , on time ...The only uncertainty is you may get asked to leave anytime ...owners must get involved with Sr management to trace everything...upper management changes in every 2 or 3 years , hindware being such a good brand and esat oriented company ,upper management doesn't let it grow , seniors keep playing politics ,

Upper management and diplomacy of hr when you leave the organization

Company's salary and benefits for employees and dealers are good .

Dislikes

No proper Data , whether sales data , leads data or something else doesn't reaches on time . Even the work culture , skill development and job security is worst . You can get a mail to leave job any time without any prior message . No proper timing , no specific reporting manager. Nothing is good.

In hindware you can only increasing your excel skills.

1. Salary structure is very poor 2. No work life balance 3. Promotion scope very poor. 4. Job security is very poor any time you will receive PIP letter. HR is not strong.

No like This company full of SYCOPHANT people available. Most of employee with Raham karm of C.O of company. Before join this organization think about 100 times.

...ways save his job that I think. Worest customer service. Poor product quality. Salary in hand not fixed they cut without any reason.
