Working at Zinc buisness is good as salary compared to market is good, company is having good profit. It is cash rich company however culture is pathetic.

Dislikes

Organization needs to more focus on buisness and skills development. All things are done with respect to branding but nothing concrete. Employee are demotivated. 1 out of 3 want to change the company. All employer surveys are not showing actual issues with company culture.

Job profile, job rotation is poor, can't take work place of your choice, salary is average, work life balance poor, skill development poor, job security poor, no vision of company for employees improvement and satisfaction

1) Working culture has to improve like a) if someone has been given different domain then he/she has to be supported.b) Regular review system for development of the same person rather to make him/her fail. 2) Work life balance has to be done ( odd hr meetings should be avoided, ensuring skilled man power, spare availability) 3) Purely person driven where as it should be system driven.

... want to ruin your comfort and well being, you are welcome to join this company. You can be asked to resign over so called cost cutting measure in spite of company raking heavy profits and not stopping production even in the Covid lockdown. The management can ask you to resign within one year of your joining. There is no guidance, training and policies. You have to be on your own and if you ask your superiors about something, then you are non-competent and
