Because of high mechanized mine in India there is too much for learning and also company provides good compensation.

Dislikes

There is poor management and poor HR policies. Development and growth stops after some time and it becomes stable for many years. Along with work culture is extreme poor.

Likes

Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

No job security, they can fire you without any proper reason, lot of politics, bad working environment, you have to work 8 am to 8 pm or even more. Managements are not transparent. My manager take credit of my work. Overall terrible experience.

...r contractor of HZL. But I reviewed as HZL employees. It's a overall good job. Less satisfaction for salary as they ask for work. Full pressure.and still u have to litsan of your seniors.

The company is good to start with. In initial years you will learn everything at ground level, which provides good amount of exposure.

Compensation is decent but work pressure is high. Since it is a manufacturing company, health and safety of the workers and employees are sometimes at stake.

...curity.Career growth is dependents on the basis of degree & diploma education. Salary is also depends on promotions.Travelling expenses paid by the organization.As the work environment is very good, work life balance is dependent on health & work abilities.
