...nangment is transport.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good sallery hike and bonus every year.

In this panademic Covid-19, i have not received any financial support, The work is on hold but company is not paying a single penny to support. I would suggest please start the work or atleast pay some amount so we can keep or life stable.

Bureaucratic. Cannot grow here without viability at Director level. Managers have tendency to push work down and just follow up. 360 degree performance review with multiple stakeholders to be introduced instead of dependency on single manager to define your growth and success. Need more dynamic managers/ leaders who prioritize company growth beyond their growth and visibility.
