A. Company cares for its employees when it comes to health. B. Job security. C. Too much work paves way for huge learning.

A. No global opportunities for rankers. Growth path is also very slow C. Annual increment is on basic pay and hence very low. D. Work life balance is a concern. People have to work through weekends here. E. No salary corrections in terms of HRA happened for the past 8-9 years

...safety, company gave a shoes for safety mission. Everyday learning to my career. Salary was very low. Travel facility is good. No politics in work place. Learning and training is useful to work. Excellent Brand Value In market.when you come from telecom or any Direct selling company then HUL is haven for you.

Dislikes

Lowest sales and perk, unclear CTC calculation. Variable part is so high. Fixed is only 60% of total salary and Increment is worst if you spent 5-6 year your Increment only 50k to 80k total in 5-6 yr. Promotion is very slow and tough. FSCE culture is worst But thanks to Ex CCM Anuj agrawal He cut hand of FSCEs FSCEs degrade Company reputation always They are Chablus in nature.

Hul is a learning factor organisation. They creat a skillful person, HUL is not organisation HUL is school of marketing and how to do work in proper for self development.

Dislikes

Promotion strategy is very poor and salary in ground level employees.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
