...The best thing is good compensation structure and access to continuing learning. They pay well, salary, incentives, other benefits. They took me to family trips and office parties. This helped me to give myself a quality time i needed. If you incurr some expense, they remunerate you and compensate well. Good e-commerce and digital courses are provided. Also they conduct regular sessions on health and safety.

Dislikes

Every organisation has its pros and cons. They are so big that it takes a lot of time to be heard. The senior management should change the old orthodox bossy culture and there should be decentralisation of power. The culture at Urban Company , Amazon, Mckinsey is the best. Here there are so many departments and so many employees that it confuses a new recruit. Various times they themself don't know whom to approach. Things should be done to unify it into a centralised structure where we do not seek intervention of 3rd party services. The other hurdle is sluggish growth. An average Male lives for 58-60 years in India, and we join at 24-25. Everyone aspires to grow, so i think they should pace up with their growth trajectories.

HUL being a market leader is totally an employee centric Co. and puts a lot of effort in employee's welfare and development. HUL considers employees as it real assets and offers various incentives be it Financial and Non-Financial. Every Employee has atleast 1 mentor apart from his manager who guides him during his stint. The best part about HUL is the job rotation ie., after every 2-3 years employee gets to work with a differnt team &a different role - so at no point employee feels bored from his/her job and an employee becomes good at more than 1 role.

Dislikes

HUL offers a decent salary but the career growth is slow especially for the people who joins as an Officer/Executive/Senior Executive.

Shift time... and work culture is little good in comparison.. Teammates are so supportive , less politics

No growth ... Penny's get in increment that too once in year ..no bonus nothing.. even after working for 4 to 5 years they don't take you onrole
