HUL being a market leader is totally an employee centric Co. and puts a lot of effort in employee's welfare and development. HUL considers employees as it real assets and offers various incentives be it Financial and Non-Financial. Every Employee has atleast 1 mentor apart from his manager who guides him during his stint. The best part about HUL is the job rotation ie., after every 2-3 years employee gets to work with a differnt team &a different role - so at no point employee feels bored from his/her job and an employee becomes good at more than 1 role.
