... of back end works even on holidays like Sundays festival we are forced to work. They offer a very good package but they will keep on poking it. Worst culture no respect for employees, they will not ask you to resign but the manager will corner you to the core with lots of Unparliment languages.

Dislikes

Solely primary oriented company. The Managers do not respect their reportees. Fixed salary is ok, but earning intensive may be difficult depending on which division you are taking care off. Growth is almost zero. The company does not groom you for future positions. In short a HUL managers likes to live in a world of its own which has got nothing to do with ground reality.
