Company has very nice culture, time to time training, yearly appraisal, good environment, launching innovation product, valuable satisfication. All is OK, I am proud I work here as ownership

Compensation is good but no satisfied. Politics is also but no more. Few chance for career growth. I am working here due to good culture and environment.

Rate cutting or filtration and appraisal is poor than salary effated. Wholesale market SR condition is helpless our company and our seniors. I am totally hopeless.

No job secure, company not take care of employees welfare, salary. Company not Appoint employees team leaders are searh and appointment.

Company is good & every time salary given right time I have worked with company last 19+ years but much politics in North by higher sales person & isn't giving true market feedback to SGM for save his job 🤔

whenever senior taken a wrong decision against front sale force that' time company management isn't interfere like that gives me transfer on kavid period by senior but nobody listens my words which by Co. Market reputation is decrease, l have given 19+years to company. I'm not happy with management.
