Yet another APM resigns. primary due to the harsh and unprofessional behavior by Udita Shrivastav (PM), Its concerning that the company is ignoring these toxic practices. There is a clear pattern here. Its disappointing to see the lack of management's effort to support new employees. Several APM have resigned due to the instances of public humiliation by Udita Shrivastav in the cafeteria, which has negatively impacted the moral of all the employees. The lack of professionalism and respect for work ethics in these interaction is concerning. Its unclear how someone with these tendencies was appointed to a management role, especially as this behavior appears to be affecting team performance and the growth of key products like platinum and absolute pcls. If more time was dedicated by her for the growth of the product and team management rather than micromanaging and singling out juniors. we might see positive changes....Read More
