...erall experience is semi good as the environment of HPC is more than excellent..But for last one year due to some issues they are not giving any salary..so you cant survive without money..so this experience is really bad...

No such complaints against management ..they are the best ...but govt should take immediate actions for the revival of the company

...employees on the job training, job security are maintaining in balance position. Here career growth are fine and also salary structure are very good. Moreover, work environment here is somehow well.

The company is a central govt mini ratna awarded organisation. The employees r not getting salaries since 43 months. The company did not deposit employees' pf contribution after March 2015 though deducted from employees' salaries. Around 70 employees died due to lack of treatment. Three of them committed suicides. The Central govt did not give any attention to the suffering of the employees.Education of the employees' children got ruined. The scenario is this.

The employees r sincere, hard working but Management was worst. The Directors appointed by Central Govt were corrupt, inexperienced.They actually ruined the company

I am already the employee of HPC Ltd which has been closed since March 2017 and from last 32 months we have not got our salaries. Beinng the owner of this PSU DHI has not done anything but to make us starved till today.. Hats off to our present BJP Govt.

If I talk about my initial phase of working here like 20-25 years before it was really a good experience for me to work. There were new challenges to overcome and many new learning used to happen in my daily routine work. But nowadays like from 2-3 year we are facing lot of issues in terms of payment, work and other core necessities which is now become a huge hurdle in our life.

Dislikes

As I mentioned earlier, job security and career growth has been fully negligible nowadays. There were no salaries given from last 24 months and due to which our work has totally imbalanced. To talk about innovation there is no such innovation has been taken by government or higher management to improve the quality of the mill so far due to which the mill has become non-operating from last 3 years.
