The company is a central govt mini ratna awarded organisation. The employees r not getting salaries since 43 months. The company did not deposit employees' pf contribution after March 2015 though deducted from employees' salaries. Around 70 employees died due to lack of treatment. Three of them committed suicides. The employees r sincere, hard working but Management was worst. The Directors appointed by Central Govt were corrupt, inexperienced.They actually ruined the company

The overall experience is semi good as the environment of HPC is more than excellent..But for last one year due to some issues they are not giving any salary..so you cant survive without money..so this experience is really bad...

Dislikes

No such complaints against management ..they are the best ...but govt should take immediate actions for the revival of the company
