Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Salary Not on time, Personal department manager is non technical at there work leads to poor management, 8.0 am to 9.0 pm 13 hrs working leads to non productive working, Some manager takes high salary with non productive working leads to create pressure on juniors, Some higher authority staff are non technical with poor knowledge, asking about leave to personal department manager is headache, Charges for canteen facilities are high.

1. Salary structure needs revamp. Company’s contribution to your PF and gratuity is also included in your CTC. 2. No bonuses and no incentives 3. Parents not included in Mediclaim policy. 4. No training programs. No sponsorship benefits. 5. Poor DA towards outdoor tours. 6. Promotions are comparatively good but pay raise is very limited.
