The work pressure is very high according to salary , Managers don't stand or their words. Same stock comes in market into other states and the undercuts gives that products in market in lower rates compare with distribution rates and the top management don't take action on this , At the end the whole pressure comes on salesman.....!!!!!!

As I work in TGF, Hyderabad green field plant 1. Work culture is worst 2. Office politics is utter worst 3. Hectic work schedule 4. Unplaned work schedule and methods 5. No management support 6. No flexibility in taking Leaves.
