Job is not secure now- As PAN India HCCB bottling operations will be sold out to 3rd party (This in plan & announced by CEO-Christina itself). North Cluster already sold to Moon Beverages. Work Culture- is good. You will get a lot to learn out of this. Team is wonderful, but they put unnecessary pressure all the time! Only God knows why😂 Policy- is decent enough.Same as other companies. Salary & Compensation- Not good. Other companies are better paymasters than that of HCCB. Good place to work and learn but not good company to get settled or look for a long term association.

Work life balance is poor. Compensation & benefits are poor. Unnecessary work pressure. Few members of HR Team is arrogant and doesn't address problems of the employees.

Best organisation for work. Good working culture and good company for hard worker. Good salary appraisal and having job security. Best knowledge within different large functions and enrich with great knowledge.

Having very much work pressure for sales numbers on daywise.if you like achievers then you will be the winners.

Salary is decent but the career growth is slow And the working days too....it would b good if we could have Monday to Friday...where we could take the weekends off

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
