Worst work culture. Expect one employee to perform the job of 3. Just want people to work like robots, with no support and guidance. no productivity no positive environment. System is broken as disaster. Only thing matter to them is production qty and company profit.

Even during Covid there were no laid offs and full salary paid to staff

...l as mentally. I don't think such help and protection will get in other company. In pandemic bussiness got hampered but instead of that employee got salary with incentive . Job security also there but ok ok. Huge scope of career growth and opportunity for all groups of people from low to high management .u will get recognition in terms of promotion salary hike if you do your job well. Such recognition not generally see in other company

As I work in TGF, Hyderabad green field plant 1. Work culture is worst 2. Office politics is utter worst 3. Hectic work schedule 4. Unplaned work schedule and methods 5. No management support 6. No flexibility in taking Leaves.
