...s so arrogant that you can't call me because you know nothing will ganna happen. Coming to compensation part, the salary of product executive (who is equivalent to branch manager and responsible for all branch related activities) is bit higher than the the office boy of the branch. Coming to increment part, no matter how hard you worked whole year, that just depends on your relation with the state head. And if by chance you get the increment that will be nothing more than 4 pizzas in a month. (In monerty terms of course)

Dislikes

HR policy: They will not convey you exact picture of anything you ask for. Compensation is very low when compared within industry. I have only heard there is increments but never got a chance to witness anybody gets that. If you join as fresher you will need to wait for 2 years to 2.5 years to get your first increments (but when you get hired HR will give you somany false and Fake promises). Man power is less. Even if you are manager you will have to do entire role starting from executive, admins etc.

Training is very good, and everyone is supporting nature. Teammates are very helpfull, performance good job security is there, also career growth, salary on time, learning is more than work here, working environment, work life balance is quite difficult.
