Work life balance is terrible and with zero benifits and compensation. Even if you perform well the authority will not appraise your performance and growth is very slow

It was not good you have to work even on sundays and holidays because you will be using your personal laptops and mobile. So work life balance was challenging and the same time it is terrible also.

You won't find even a single thing for self development. There is only one HR for whole north India region, who is so arrogant that you can't call me because you know nothing will ganna happen. Coming to compensation part, the salary of product executive (who is equivalent to branch manager and responsible for all branch related activities) is bit higher than the the office boy of the branch. Coming to increment part, no matter how hard you worked whole year, that just depends on your relation with the state head. You can join as a fresher Nobody will ask you what are you doing?. No calls on sundays

HR policy: They will not convey you exact picture of anything you ask for. Compensation is very low when compared within industry. I have only heard there is increments but never got a chance to witness anybody gets that. If you join as fresher you will need to wait for 2 years to 2.5 years to get your first increments (but when you get hired HR will give you somany false and Fake promises). Man power is less. They supported through the lockdown until May, when lockdown was lifted. The company had the knowledge about my financial instability yet they made me travelto far away location and also stopped reimbursing the travel expenses from Jan-March. The management kept me relocating in different parts of West Bengal. My family is not a well to do family, my father is unemployed and we run on my late grandfather's pension. The only earning member was me. The compensation of this company to MBA graduates is worse than any other company in the industry. The company management lacked proper decision making on the potential of candidates. The behaviour of managers are rude and use of sly and offensive languages was the culture towards subordinates. They didn't let me settle in Kolkata despite of my financial instability. I had education loans, gold loans of my mother, because of which I could study MBA. But the management is pathetic. They don't understand people's problem. They just impose whatever they feel is right.
