...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...any supporting all employees so well. Now i realised the greatness of HLF group. No layoff, no salary deduction unlike other companies. I m blessed to be part of this wonderful company at this part of time. I will support this company in every possible way.

proper traning should be given to new employees and apart from this no other problems. So far so good.

From 2 year I work for hlf two wheeler location exicutive no increament......every month I get salary almost 10500.. never get incentive.......and no promotion....

1) Technically they are far away the app they are using is very backdated. 2) Don't have a clear vision what they want and what they want to become. 3) Too much paperwork where all are others using app they are simply relying on paperwork where the can cut the cost.
