No work life balance all day working day even Sunday also... 24*7 working our company.. no employee benefits... Company like treat slave.. if you work continues 1 year you will get benefits huge mentle pressure and extra disease only you get benefits for this company... Hr will not support for employees.. no one care employees... Always money minded company

Hinduja Housing Finance Company sends only Rs. 17,900/- to its employees in their accounts This salary is very less, never gives any incentive and she does not even get travelling Forcefully she opens accounts of her employees in India's worst bank, Axis Bank.Otherwise, salary does not come. They get commission on opening an account in Axis Bank, that is why this company takes commission from India's most useless bank, Axis Bank. Only Two Sunday's week off every month.

This is a very bad company.Salary only Rs 17900/. No Incentive, No traveling allowance. The worst rule of this company is that the salary will come only in the Axis Bank account. These people send their salaries only to Worst banks like Axis Bank.If not then salary will not come. There is no growth here, no job security, they can fire you anytime

No matter how much business you do, you never get the incentive.She gives only 18k as salary.And every year they tie up with different banks, because of which they have to open salary accounts in different banks.Now they have a tie up with India's worst bank Axis Bank, if they don't have an account there then they will not get salary.

Dislikes

They just pick you for their needs and when need is over you are out of company. Rate is high, Customer are less, Competition is high. Blame will be on you for not achieving targets.
