Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

1- Work Culture 2- Office Politics 3- Micro management and focus on some specific employees 4- HR not supportive and puppets of Managers 5- No proper management for decision making ( one mental guy takes decisions ( can't write name))

Nothing to say about like it's the salary is on time at all the time almost a 90% accurately given the last day of month.

Dislikes

Many more, no induction, no HR meet after onboarding, hike is not given on performance basis, no leaves data.

...he work culture is really good. There is lot of scope to learn new technologies. Salary and other benefits also best in the industry.

The only thing that needs improvement is cafeteria. Rest everything is good.
