...t to join HGS ,there working culture is very bad.Hr does not support any matter.they hold 1st month salary without informed me.BM,TL,HR does not support and treated like cruel and illiterate person.I am starve to death due to.They hired and fire.totally waste of time .

Whenever we sought clarification on any doubts, he would respond with comments like, "tum log ko fokt salary bhait kr kha rahe ho," which was the final straw for me, leading to my decision to leave the organization. I even reported his behavior to the HR department, but given the company's political hierarchy, I don't believe any action will be taken. I want to advise everyone not to compromise their self-respect. Before joining an organization, carefully consider the department and the manager you will be working under. I experienced all of this nonsense firsthand, and it's important to prioritize your well-being and dignity in your professional life..

Good pay. Diwali gifts. No Variable upto Deputy Managers. Good leave policy and holiday calendar.

No Learning and Growth. The OD team is running behind by 10 years. The management lacks experience and expertise. Extreme micro management. They preach coaching and fail to follow it. Managers, DGM and AVP are self obsessed and intolerant towards new minds/ideas/observations and suggestions. They hire experts and treat them like new trainers. Poor work culture as this team demands to be available 27/7 and call at night and on weekends. No certification or training for the team.

.... Working environment is good.supportive staffe.i don't like the cafeteria food.about salary i will say ok. About bonus little unhappy.but overall i like to work with HGS.Thank you.

There is some little politics i see in language. Provide Salary is good but very slow hike in salary. Festival gifts and something from company expected.but it not happening.cafefiria food quality need to improve with decent price. Thank you.

...ts are the worst and we don't do get good exposure to the right technology here. So the earlier you get of the firm the better chances there are that you grow in terms of salary and position
