Salary compensation is not fair as compared to the market.

Good pay. Diwali gifts. No Variable upto Deputy Managers. Good leave policy and holiday calendar.

Dislikes

No Learning and Growth. The OD team is running behind by 10 years. The management lacks experience and expertise. Extreme micro management. They preach coaching and fail to follow it. Managers, DGM and AVP are self obsessed and intolerant towards new minds/ideas/observations and suggestions. They hire experts and treat them like new trainers. Poor work culture as this team demands to be available 27/7 and call at night and on weekends. No certification or training for the team.

Nothing. This company is horrible. The management will cover up the mistakes of the team leader to their agents specially with salary issues. The management and the Payroll Dept are not really coordinating to resolve the disputes. Until the employees resigned, they didn't even received the salary that must be given to them and a salary they should not be begging of to received in the first place.

Dislikes

What I just like about the company is that they have processed application only for a day or two. Since most of the employees are resigning. Also the Trainers are great. Plus external TLs are far more great than the TLs who are hired internally. Everything that matters to them is there ratings and metrics.

Low salary and no carrier growth only good for freshers for gaining experience. Management is not supportive, HR Team is not supportive for employees while relive they cause problem to people and delay in all the instances and don't respect people, office culture is bad.

Salary is worst.. Management expecting 200%effort from each individuals without giving the right resources...... Everyone is just showcasing them as they are working, infact work is done by someone else.... Worst environment.....

Management doing politics in their designations.. Everyone looking to just escape from the issues. No one ready to solve, support. Management deciding them self he is good r bad without checking their performance n behaviour... They are just looking for the month end to get their salaries.....
