The only thing that needs improvement is cafeteria. Rest everything is good.

Good pay. Diwali gifts. No Variable upto Deputy Managers. Good leave policy and holiday calendar.

Dislikes

No Learning and Growth. The OD team is running behind by 10 years. The management lacks experience and expertise. Extreme micro management. They preach coaching and fail to follow it. Managers, DGM and AVP are self obsessed and intolerant towards new minds/ideas/observations and suggestions. They hire experts and treat them like new trainers. Poor work culture as this team demands to be available 27/7 and call at night and on weekends. No certification or training for the team.

Salary is around 23 to 28k ctc. In the name of dynamic process there is no urge to develop a stream to the process Favoritism is at top from superiors, offcourse for females only. (IYKYK) Contract which gets renewed every month, Hopes are given that we will put you on pay role, but even after hardwork and efforts nothing is granted to you. No job security at all

No work life balance: Some say there is no work life balance and pressure. Unrealistic requirements: Some say the daily requirements are unrealistic. Lack of support: Some say there is no support on the workplace. Lack of clarity: Some say there is a lack of clarity in work related matters.
