...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

It's a good place to work and learn for freshers They give good training and other facilities which helps for improve our knowledge and continue in business

But salary I don't know how they are paying and about appraisal they have done appraisal for me which was still not included in my salary after appraisal also i am getting same old salary.except that everything was fine and good.

...u to blindly follow from step1 to stepX to solve an issue so u learn nothing! - Expectations are huge and the salary and incentives don't even get me started on that!!!! ur pay is very very bad even compared to companies that don't pay much this is bad! if ur getting like 16-17k in hand a month for this role! it's bad!!!!! Run far, run fast!!!! trust me the amount of work involved in this process the compensation you get is not fair at all..... u will be asked to extend from time to time! OT pay is bad! if u get in here and spend a year + the mighty appraisal u will get is like 2% or something on average... i knew someone who got a hike of 1000inr lol and no I'm not joking. This is strictly for the Windstream process only....!!!!

...nd culture. Teammates are supportive. We have to concern about our Job security. Salary will credit on time. They paid me for 1 month salary for free when there is lockdown going on every where.

... recognised my efforts and struggles.Mainly supporting staff are not supportive. When it comes to the salary is very much low. It's not in pay slip what their are saying when we are joining. When it comes to work management don't understand our issues. Team leaders they even don't know what is going on they even don't understand our concerns and they feel like school teachers. I have seen some people they don't have minimum comenscence and they don't know how to behave with team members. There is no growth in this company except work pressure. There is no shift allowance. Literally they treat is like professional beggers.
