1- Work Culture 2- Office Politics 3- Micro management and focus on some specific employees 4- HR not supportive and puppets of Managers 5- No proper management for decision making ( one mental guy takes decisions ( can't write name))

Likes

Good pay. Diwali gifts. No Variable upto Deputy Managers. Good leave policy and holiday calendar.

Dislikes

No Learning and Growth. The OD team is running behind by 10 years. The management lacks experience and expertise. Extreme micro management. They preach coaching and fail to follow it. Managers, DGM and AVP are self obsessed and intolerant towards new minds/ideas/observations and suggestions. They hire experts and treat them like new trainers. Poor work culture as this team demands to be available 27/7 and call at night and on weekends. No certification or training for the team.

Hgs is good but the consultancy from I am hired is very pathetic they don't care of there employee once your assign on client location they are not concerned about us as we have put effort by mailing them again and againg

Colleagues are friendly and helpful. I am very excited about my salary it would credited on time end of the month.

Dislikes

I left the job because of appraisal it will be increased like 40 and 100 rupees. Few Mangers are having cast feeling.

My experience is good to see from HGs becoz I was joined as a advisor and currently I have quality analyst for last 3 years so it's good opportunity ang my personal experience it is a good company but sallry increment very long
