...nt type of treatment. Nothing here is equal and growth is pretty much not there. There is no bonus structure and even if appraisals are there it's held up.

This payroll organization who just hired the employee fire the employee they dont have any policy which is benefit for the emplyee this organization control by other organization they dont have single power for their employee worst hr manisha they have

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Nothing to say about like it's the salary is on time at all the time almost a 90% accurately given the last day of month.

Many more, no induction, no HR meet after onboarding, hike is not given on performance basis, no leaves data.

Good pay. Diwali gifts. No Variable upto Deputy Managers. Good leave policy and holiday calendar.

Dislikes

No Learning and Growth. The OD team is running behind by 10 years. The management lacks experience and expertise. Extreme micro management. They preach coaching and fail to follow it. Managers, DGM and AVP are self obsessed and intolerant towards new minds/ideas/observations and suggestions. They hire experts and treat them like new trainers. Poor work culture as this team demands to be available 27/7 and call at night and on weekends. No certification or training for the team.
