Fake hopes of appraisal, they don't give give anything documented. Fake hopes of IJP'S No job security, you can be kicked out anytime. Too much politics Everyone hungry to steal credit.

...e raise voice they will do documents on our behaviour and they will terminate...they want extra working people with less salary what ever they says we should do without questioning to the management of wa raise they will terminate by saying we have behaviour issue....total management is waste and they use the hard working performance people and if they don't have work they will terminate it ...these ofc management needs only salary people who don't question anything by working extra

...hey force to do overtime on weekends and national holidays and never pay for it. Every month they deduct money from salary for no reason.

One main good thing is about Job security, as far as I know no one is removed from the Job. And work culture is moderately good, and pressure depends upon the department you are working in. In terms of career, there are people who became assistant manager in 3.5 years. You need to perform good and position is approchable

Compensation is lowest in HGS when compared to competitors. Company wont compromise on quality nor on salary bcs of which employees are leaving the organisation. Most of people served few years bcs of low wrk pressure, used to complete wrk in 5 hours and hang around for 3-4 hours, this continued till such kind of process stopped. And now bcs of increase in pressure, and with same salary people are leaving org. During COVID-19 its more like advantage to company. No additional incentives to employees, and incentives plan changed, so employees are not ok with it. They are literally waiting for the pandemic to complete so that they can leave it. Management should consider all these factors.

... and it’s an overall view all we have to learn our own when u actually work.There is lot of attrition as many of them leave the company very soon so due to less salary and more work ,they show very less respect towards personal life,we can work here for gaining experience.
