Work environment is very good leaders and managers and HRs are really very supportive, when it comes to salary i would say it is not the place to stay for long period of time.

Pay scale is very less, the amount of work we are doing over there we are not getting paid what we are supposed to.

I was a fresher here so everything was new to me. All teammates were either freshers or just 1 to 3 years experience. Ultra low salary not so good work enviromnent

Night shifts. Pay scale is very low. Rotational shifts have to work in weekends. No growth opportunities. It's only good for getting work experience for freshers. A little pressure is there

Salary is around 23 to 28k ctc. In the name of dynamic process there is no urge to develop a stream to the process Favoritism is at top from superiors, offcourse for females only. (IYKYK) Contract which gets renewed every month, Hopes are given that we will put you on pay role, but even after hardwork and efforts nothing is granted to you. No job security at all

Working environment is good, Culture they follow for each Religion is good. This Co is good for financial stable peoples who just need to spend their life time. And it’s good for freshers.

This company’s isn’t good for Salary, Appraisal, Can’t survive working here with the salary they provide. Garments peoples will earn more than here.
