About salary hike, When I was joined before I'm joining thy are given good package and after when I joined less, and in office politics are going on. Everything partiality. No benefits from office like bonus and the gift card what is that just 500 rs what we can do with that? I hope you understand about my feed back

Salary is around 23 to 28k ctc. In the name of dynamic process there is no urge to develop a stream to the process Favoritism is at top from superiors, offcourse for females only. (IYKYK) Contract which gets renewed every month, Hopes are given that we will put you on pay role, but even after hardwork and efforts nothing is granted to you. No job security at all

Working environment is good, Culture they follow for each Religion is good. This Co is good for financial stable peoples who just need to spend their life time. And it’s good for freshers.

This company’s isn’t good for Salary, Appraisal, Can’t survive working here with the salary they provide. Garments peoples will earn more than here.

... offrole then some benefits and salaries depend upon outsourcing company side... Otherwise Noon pay very good salary pay.. higher then your expectation ... Through mynd i worked with Noon 4.6 year total.. If you have good manager then all company look good...
