When it comes to salary and benefits this is the worst part of the company and also transport department is worst here don't provide cab on time(1 to 2 hours late regularly at logout time)

...e efforts put in equally, they don't care about you if they just don't like you. They under pay you despite having big clients like viacom and jiohotsar and they pay you peanuts and expect the world from you, if you don't like politics this company will force you to be a part of it, TLs and manager will do things for some and not for the others. Nothing is properly documented so they just feel they can do anything to you and TLs there mostly except for one are all changing all the time , they won't make you grow there and will hire some fool from outside on a affordable salary , so what happens with such companies which are many in India, you end up having agents who knows the process better than the manager , what is the use of joing this company?? While I worked there TLs just joined and left, they will make you work over time and expect you to understand when it's business needs but won't pay you for over time. They said they will pay you 150 rupees for incentives which was for a day or two if you did about 200 odd cases, if your standards are low and you really are below the poverty line then maybe 150 rupees is a big deal to you but for people who want to grow then HGS is not the place for you.

Salary is around 23 to 28k ctc. In the name of dynamic process there is no urge to develop a stream to the process Favoritism is at top from superiors, offcourse for females only. (IYKYK) Contract which gets renewed every month, Hopes are given that we will put you on pay role, but even after hardwork and efforts nothing is granted to you. No job security at all
