Working environment is good, Culture they follow for each Religion is good. This Co is good for financial stable peoples who just need to spend their life time. And it’s good for freshers.

This company’s isn’t good for Salary, Appraisal, Can’t survive working here with the salary they provide. Garments peoples will earn more than here.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not satisfied and career growth is very slow.

When I was working in HGS seniors have helped more to learn process they are very friendly while we are working, appraisal is too bad you'll get a better appraisal if you worked any factories or something.

... work I had a friendly life with everybody , I was helped and I have helped . Expected salary was little less , the only problem is the comparison of salary between two different organisation .something more can be expected . It was a monotonous work but I had a great time being there and working with my buddies . It's been pleasure working with them and the work atmosphere was becoming a little bit lazy when managers and the higher authorities won't have presented there. Taking initiative for every problem and trying to find a new way of solution , Always being encouraged and , ya I liked to work there and will like to be joined soon .

As a fresher we can start our career in hgs, but growing opportunities are very less and also getting salary after 3 to 4 years experience what we get is average we compare to other companies, to get additional salary we need to do OT
