This is one of biggest organisation in BPO, they force us to work even on Sunday also management is lest bogther about the employes consent, during locked down they ask us the login on Saturday and Sunday No growth even after working for 10 years , manager are only need there money and revenue generating human machine. On support from company during locked down only they Made WFH becz of government order

Bullying at work

There are my colleague 2 TLs , in office, they are always making fun of me and today when I slept for few minutes on desk as I was not feeling well they took my photo and making fun in meeting room stating are you still in sleep, I feel like crying not only for this but for any thing they will bring my name, try to plot me in meeting if I am not meeting any parameter, for them it's seems normal and cool but for me it is becoming unbearable
