Only office in time considered not out time. While payroll time no proper dinner or snacks facility, no leave encashment facility, no incentive facility, no recognition of work, no motivation prizes in RNR, no entertainment factor etc.

Good experience for a fresher, then you're better off switching as Theres no growth in terms of skill, compensation etc. Flexible timings and Alternate Saturdays Off. Can opt for WFH.

Dislikes

If you're in a bad team your experience Will be ruined. Salary is low and growth is stagnant. Somedays there's so much work it takes 12+ hrs shift during peak Payroll periods. Also some people are Nice, Many aren't. But management is stingy. Culture is quite dull. It's a mediocre at best company to add in your resume.

Only salary on time that it's leaving that no other things is good

timing is terrible as employee come on time but need to sit daily till 9pm and is been forced by manager. And after doing everything works but no good % appraisal is done and old person get good % and other requirements. And no leave is approved and in time of lockdown and after that employee are forced to call to office.

...rganization is friendly my teammates where very good.! Free cab pick and drop Salary is not that good because most in HGS we can see mostly night shifts so salary is low. HGS plays politics, so much of politics And remaining things are okay. And cafeteria is also not that good

I worked in hgs for 3.5 years ,Gud thing is team cordination was good. Nothing else

No salary no growth, wasted my 3.5yrs in hgs seeking of growth, i hve been applied for IJP twice and been selected as QA but thy refused to give the papers in hand, All fake promises from managemnt no document for what they say.. no transperancy in the management.. worst company... there employes is like PROFESSIONAL BEGGARS
