Typical Babu culture where you have to stand in front of the MD/Direction and explain why you took the 15rs auto and not 10rs bus. No perks hence no pressure. Run!

...vironment is best suited for every retired employees. No encouragement is there. Poor Salary growth. And typically poor management system. Main thing is hypocrisy and the Worst behaviour of the Technical Service manager.
