Poor compensation, high salary given to people coming from outside but minimum care to people who are working inside. Top management people are resigning from job and pressuring to increase their salary multiple time and they are retained in the same role but people are working honestly, no body take care of them

Most satisfying part in Hindalco is Job Security. Nobody will kick you out of the organization if you do not do anything against company policy.

...ng thing in Hindalco is that they have the policy but they are not following it. Terrible career growth and increment of salary. Work Envirinment is really poor. Their 70% employees are working in 3rd Party contractual Payroll.

It's a flagship company of Aditya Birls group. Job security, salary on time. Good work life balance.

Poor culture and work environment. Managers do micromanaging. They are not sufficiently well versed in technologies.

...ing company in the world. In Hindalco top management always guide Junior people. On time salary and increment is the trade mark of Hindalco. Best work environment I ever work. Good work life balance and sufficient leave through out year. Company always try to develop work knowledge by giving in house and external training. Over all as an employee of Hindalco I'm feel pride to be a part of this Company.

Career growth for non Production department employees still not satisfactory.

...s plant is in startup phase hence high work load and less skilled management. 7. Selection process is based on salary range only importance for skilles are minimal 8. Whole plant team need to improve to reach a standard working lifestyle
