I uploading my experience about hindalco-FRP Hirakud plant after month, work culture is good, timing in flexible and Uper management is having life style is much better to LMS,

They r not providing accomodation is bed for less salary person.

...ot having a school for its staffs. 5. Medical of Birla is not up to the mark. 6. ITI group and LMS don't get justifying salary. 7. Management staffs belongs to one community and does biased favor.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...s plant is in startup phase hence high work load and less skilled management. 7. Selection process is based on salary range only importance for skilles are minimal 8. Whole plant team need to improve to reach a standard working lifestyle

What I like about working at Hindalco Industries is the dynamic environment and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with large-scale projects. The chance to work on complex electrical systems, such as the 400kV switchyard project, and the ability to collaborate with experienced professionals is really rewarding. The supportive management and the focus on skill development through training programs also make it a fulfilling place to grow in my field.

Additionally, navigating large-scale industrial environments often involves dealing with rigid processes, Salary , promotion which might feel restrictive at times. There could also be some limitations in terms of work-life balance due to the demands of the job.
