I am a supervisor in this company under a vendor that's why I am not satisfied with my salary and job security but I can say that it is a good sector and there is a lot of things you can learn here from your senior and teammates.So much tools and techniques are available for shutout the problems with minimum time period.

This company is provided work for people, and give importance to their workers . But as I want to know more knowledge on electrical site I want a good company further for enhancing my work skill.

Individuals relentless effort most of the time given low importance as managers evaluation sometimes do not reflect in reporting and thereby lead to discrimination .

...s plant is in startup phase hence high work load and less skilled management. 7. Selection process is based on salary range only importance for skilles are minimal 8. Whole plant team need to improve to reach a standard working lifestyle
