There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Himedia is one of the few companies that truely value reserch in cell biology, the focus is not only on product development but also on advance scientific knowledge. it gives an employee a chance to collaborate and be a part of exciting projects. the skills gained hear are highly valuable in the field of bio-science
