Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Typical family owned business here you always have to struggle to be in good book's of the management. You can get good money only if you are always keep pleasing. One good thing is if you are in good books then sky is the limit for your growth.

HR policy is worst. HR team don't work for any goodwill of the employees. Once you resign you will be treated harshly. Office politics is something you can't avoid. No work life balance you will be frequently receive call even if you on personal leave. Many personal questions asked like do u have BF or GF where does he/she lives?. Here people are working from more than 20-25 years. to old school type of work culture. in the era of storage, they still prefer printing papers and storing it. worked in export department,some people were good and most were worst. you need to sign a bond before joining the office and they might harass you at the end when u try to leave before bond ends
