Good work environment and culture, company policies are good ,appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year

The company teammates are not supportive , There not any canteen for dinner or lunch , They not respect people's.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

It makes us learn a lot and a very considerate and helpful environment with amazing people who enjoy and love their work . It motivated me to work and learn better, expand my knowledge and trained me to be a better professional as a fresher

Salary raises were low and disrespectful employees and managers were entertained while being called a strict cooperate with expectations of disciplined employees when managers were crossing their line and no disciplinary action were taken against them

Typical family owned business here you always have to struggle to be in good book's of the management. You can get good money only if you are always keep pleasing. One good thing is if you are in good books then sky is the limit for your growth.

Dislikes

HR policy is worst. HR team don't work for any goodwill of the employees. Once you resign you will be treated harshly. Office politics is something you can't avoid. No work life balance you will be frequently receive call even if you on personal leave. Many personal questions asked like do u have BF or GF where does he/she lives?. Are you planning for child in near future? Sometimes you will be asked to sign a bond for locking period to resign from your position.
