...ood is pathetic and drinking Water facility is terrific. North South Partiality. Least Salary Increment in industry 0-3% for top performers. Delay in salary. Overtime for workers from 12-16 hrs. Before joining please take atleast 4-5 persons review else life will be hell by working there. Not recommended for long term.

Nothing much to define apart from friends you make(who eventually leaves very soon)

Poor work culture. Poor HR. HR gets all the salary and raise while others are getting pay cuts. Only people who put down papers get the hike (only if the management wants them to stay). Biased organisation. Lots of politics.

Only one thing that allows anyone to join himatsingka is Job security.

...nagement 2: Poor Work life balance 3: No R&R for good work 4: No appreciation for skills 5: Very less or nill salary enhancement or increment 6: No interplant transport facility even for staff too 7: Food quality is very very poor

... seniors are supportive & management is supportive. Only the issue is with food. Compensation, appraisals & salary hike are normal as per policies. Here bonus is provided just only till asst manager rank.

There is the biggest issue regarding man power and lack of system oriented work.

I didnt like to work at himatsingka seide ltd . there is no value for promt ans hard workers .

There is no proper salary and value for those who are working honest , Hard & smart worker . hence i dislike himatsingka . they will offer high salary those who are having reference or influence .
