The lush green campus.

Well there are a lot to discuss about it. The director is good and supportive but less mature to handle internal politics. An active group of 4-5 controls the entire system. If you cal be a part of this group and please then, you will have 100% job security but if you try to show your skill and try to proof your capabilities, you might end up getting humiliation. The day the director comes to know what happens behind his back, the school will really top at its surroundings.

This school is my second home. My department of Computer Science has always proven to be very supportive and nurturing. The fact that this school provides a vast range of co-curricular and sports activities is also something to look for.

Dislikes

I dislike the fact that the school does not have a Principal though we have a good director.

Only the Natural beauty of the place.

No work culture, lack of professional environment and the management is neither bother about the students nor the staff as long as the inflow of money is sufficient enough.

When I was in this school, I got lots of support from management and seniors colleagues to gain a good work experience.

Dislikes

Forcing to taking part actively like have to play with students during games duty. My personal point of view is that observation of student during games duty is more important then playing with students. And I think games Duty for subject teachers should be optional not will be compulsory duty.
