The learning and development is better. Pay is good if you negotiate.

Dislikes

HR and Sales directors will hide details oj job so that you join the company at lower package. But then empty your pockets on drivers, work like dogs in a large territory. They would not tell you your territory properly, so that you just join anyhow. Company culture is now a money ridden and numbers ridden. Even bonus for 2024 was not paid. Then they show off great place to work rankings 🤣

Good company to work for. I would suggest to join it after having a good experience so that you start with better salary package or else later you will get confused between switching from Hilti for a better package or remaining in HILTI with decent work life balance.

All good so far. Internal competition is so high for promotions and career development that one thing can be improved. An individual has to work at his best to get promoted. Sometimes it becomes really hectic to be at the topline.

Laptop work, work pressure, Too many people in small geography. Confusing management expectation. Everyone works here to get promotion and move to a different role which is no where relevant to older role.

1. Culture is good in other countries here also they try to have such culture. 2. Job security 3. Value

Dislikes

1. Lot of salary disparity is there in this company. Freshers will have better salary and better incentive benefits due to their higher base amount(salary/3) Degreee>>>Experience Even designation also, you will see there is no much of differences. Experienced people are going to suffer who come from normal degree and higher degrees are considered mostly. 2. Promotion will be given to those who are favorites. There are so many people who are working in same role from many years not having any promotional benefits. Very few promotion happens, that too, preferred those who are good with EMTs. Talks>>Efforts 3. Indian management is completely different than global. 3. Most of the developmental roles are in Gurugram only. All other regions will have limited and no cross functional opportunities. 4. Threatening words used by leadership team(VPs) during first call itself. Like tough conversation, you will not be there next year if you don't do this. These are not going to motivate sales employees rather it out them under pressure. 5. They keep very less salary and never care. When employee understand his value and wants to leave they will try to consider and try to equal. Which clearly shows employee till date was being deceived with pay from long time. Any company that has purpose to grow must be willing to provide equal facilities, promotional opportunities and equal pay and localize few department where candidate can aspire to grow. Even if a candidate is eligible for promotion, other candidates will be given preference just because of favorism. Hope this stops and company works on all these to grow big in India.
