... role in this company and just to follow the instructions of Sales directors 7. Exit policy- Offers last month salary after resignation after 2 months along with service certificate 8. Hilti global policies are not followed in India 9. Hilti India is too fixated on financial goals rather than customer engagement 10. NICMAR aspirants- Pls join this company as last option.

50 percent people are good and the compensation is in industry best.

Dislikes

There is a lot of competition which leads to a bad work life balance. The promotions and growth is based on favoritism and luck. If you get a productive and well performing territory, you achieve your targets and get promoted. In case of dry territory it is very difficult life.

They have best in class incentive policy, people can earn quarterly incentive more than their salary. Also the company gives Diwali bonus to all the employees regardless of their designation.
